I am currently station in Okinawa Japan and watch your youtube videos. I visited the website and I would like to send my Andis Outliners II, if you can please sharpen. Also when I turn them on the cutting blade does not move but the clippers are vibrating. Can you please repair. Also would you be able to ship back to a FPO AP address. I am in the US Navy and I am tring to get my barber skills up.
